Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato
Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1093 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—
(i) A part of an area of 16 acres 3 roods 4 perches,
or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining
Prestons Road, Christchurch, C.T. 819/52 (Canter-
bury Registry), previously declared as (a) (i) in
Notice No. 1048.
This notice should be read together with notice No. 1048
dated 11 March 1975*.

Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1094 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—
(i) An area of 6 acres 1 rood 9.8 perches, or
thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining the
Tomes Road, Rutland Street Junction, Christchurch,
partly in the City of Christchurch and partly in
Block XI of the Christchurch Survey District, being
part of Lot 4 on Deposited Plan No. 14182, part
of Rural Section 1048, C.T. 763/16 (Canterbury
Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the
land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 16 acres and 10 perches, or there-
abouts, situated south-east of and with access to
Grassmere Street, Christchurch, in Blocks VII and
XI of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 2
on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Christchurch as No. 6313 of Rural Section 1018,
C.T. 474/12 (Canterbury Registry).
(ii) An area of 6 acres and 3 roods, or there-
abouts, situated south-west of and adjoining Grass-
mere Street, Christchurch, in Block VII and XI of
the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on
plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christ-
church as No. 7797, part of Rural Section 307,
C.T. 377/273 (Canterbury Registry).
(iii) An area of 4 acres and 30.4 perches, or
thereabouts, situated north-east of and with access
to Grassmere Street, Christchurch, in Block VII of
the Christchurch Survey District, comprising part of
Rural Section 308 and Lot 3 on plan deposited in
the Land Registry Office as No. 3106 other part
of said Rural Section 308, C.T. 268/156 (Canterbury
Registry).

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato
Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1096 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
land, previously declared to be an infected area, is now
withdrawn.
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the
land described in paragraph (a) Notice No. 1087
of 26 March 1975—
(i) An area of 5 acres and 1 perch, or thereabouts,
situated south of and adjoining Turners Road, Christ-
church, C.T. 292/56, Canterbury Registry, previously
declared incorrectly as (b) (i) notice No. 1087.
This notice should be read together with notice No. 1087
dated 26 March 1975.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—
(i) An area of 9 acres 3 roods 11 perches, or
thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland
Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christ-
church Survey District, being Lot 4 on plan deposited
in the Land Registry Office as No. 3184 part of Rural
Section 1477, C.T. 297/298 (Canterbury Registry).
