NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a reserve for recreation purposes subject to the provisions of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a cemetery for the common use and benefit of Ngati Mura and Ngati Hamua.

Maori Land Development Notice
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1975, No. 6.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Approved Woolmarking Preparation (Notice No. 1095 Ag. 3014)
PURSUANT to sections 69 and 94 of the Animals Act 1967, notice is hereby given that the woolmarking preparation set out in the Schedule hereto (a product of Wellcome N.Z. Limited, Auckland) is approved for sale and general purpose use in marking wool on sheep.

Licensing the Wellington Workingmen's Club and Literary Institute Inc. to Occupy a Site for a Slipway at Breaker Bay
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Wellington Workingmen's Club and Literary Institute Inc. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Breaker Bay, Wellington, as shown on plan marked M.D. 8863 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence of 24 May 1963 authorising Norval Frederick Marley to occupy a site for a slipway is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall expire on the 31st day of May 1977.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be five dollars ($5) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1071 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) of notice No. 1038 dated 11 March 1975.
(i) An area of 8 acres 2 roods 12 perches, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Walters Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, comprising Lots 44 and 45 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 875 part of Rural Section 6386, C.T. 179/110 (Canterbury Registry).
This notice should be read together with notice No. 1038 dated 11 March 1975.
