PURSUANT to the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.

ORDER

1. This Order shall come into force on 1 April 1975.
2. The boundaries of the inner area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District are hereby altered so as to include in the inner area the areas described in the Schedules hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Manukau:

Firstly, situated in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 15363, on the line of mean high-water spring tide of the Manukau Harbour and proceeding northerly generally along that line of mean high-water spring tide to and north-easterly, south-easterly, and south-westerly, along the boundaries of the inner area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1972, page 486, 1966, page 149, 1972, page 486, 1974, page 505, to the point of commencement; secondly, in Blocks XIII and XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of Lot 5, D.P. 28761, on the line of mean high-water spring tide of the Manukau Harbour, and proceeding south-westerly, north-westerly, and north-easterly generally along the aforementioned line of mean high-water spring tide to the boundary of the inner area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District; thence south-easterly along the aforementioned boundary as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1966, page 149, and 1972, page 486, to the point of commencement; thirdly, in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, commencing at the southernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 15363, on the line of mean high-water spring tide of the Manukau Harbour and proceeding north-easterly, south-easterly, and south-westerly, and westerly along the boundaries of the inner area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1974, page 505 1972, page 486, 1966, page 149, and 1967, page 408, to the line of mean high-water spring tide of the Manukau Harbour; thence northerly generally along the aforementioned mean high-water spring tide to the point of commencement; fourthly, bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 17253, in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, and proceeding north-westerly generally along the generally south-western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 17253, to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 51653; thence southerly along a right line across Thomas Road to the easternmost corner of that Lot 1 and north-westerly and northerly along the boundaries of the inner area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1972, page 486, and 1970, page 98, and the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, and New Zealand Gazette, 1966, page 150, to the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 36109; thence southerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 73, D.P. 56699, in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District; thence easterly along the southern side of Ormiston Road to and southerly along the eastern boundary of Allotment 125, Pakuranga Parish, and that boundary produced to and easterly along the southern side of Rongomai Road, and that roadside produced across Matthews Road to and northerly, then easterly along the western and northern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 50280, and easterly along the northern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 50280, to the easternmost corner of that Lot 5; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lots 5, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 50280, to and easterly, and southerly along the northern and eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 17253, to the point of commencement; fifthly, situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, commencing at the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 65211, and proceeding north-westerly and north-easterly along the south-western and north-western boundaries of the said Lot 1,

thence north-westerly along a right line to the point of commencement; sixthly, commencing in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, at the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 50703, and proceeding easterly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 1, and Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 50703, and Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 47773, to the north-western side of Browns Lane; thence south-westerly and north-westerly along the north-western and north-eastern side of Browns Lane to the westernmost corner of that part of Allotment 110, Pakuranga Parish, shown on D.P. 7435; thence westerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 5, D.P. 23052, to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 23, D.P. 615; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Lot 23 and north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Lot 23 and Lot 24, D.P. 615, to the southernmost corner of that Lot 24; thence north-easterly generally along the north-western boundaries of Lot 24 aforesaid, to and along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 48947, to and along the south-eastern side of the Papatoetoe-Howick Main Highway to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 23052; thence north-westerly, along a right line to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 5 aforesaid, and northerly generally along the boundaries of the inner area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1967, page 408, 1971, page 394, 1972, page 486, along the mean high-water of the Pakuranga Creek, to and along the boundaries of the aforementioned drainage district as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1967, page 408, the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, New Zealand Gazette, 1971, page 393, and the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, to the mean high-water of the Maungamaungaroa Creek; thence south-westerly generally along the line of mean high-water of the said creek to the southernmost corner of Allotment 78, Pakuranga Parish; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Allotment 78 aforesaid, along a right line across Somerville Road, to and along the north-eastern side of Whitford Road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 69063; thence south-westerly along a right line to and along that north-western boundary and its production to the north side of the unformed public road forming the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 47103, and along another right line to and along the north-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 48324, and Lot 2, D.P. 67402, to its westernmost corner; eighthly, commencing at a point, in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, 100 metres perpendicular to and distant southward from Redoubt Road on the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 29086, and proceeding easterly, generally along a series of right lines parallel to and 100 metres distant southward from the generally southern side of Redoubt Road to the intersection with the western side of Stock Route Road; thence south-easterly generally along the south-western side of Stock Route Road and Mill Road crossing the intervening Ranfurly and Alfriston Roads to the intersection with the northern side of the Papakura Stream in Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District; thence westerly generally along the northern side of the Papakura Stream to its intersection with the western side of Morris Road; thence south-easterly and south-westerly along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 13421, and the last boundary produced to the western side of Takanini School Road;
