PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Waikato County Hydatids Control District Order 1975.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

The areas comprising the County of Waikato and the Borough of Cambridge as from time to time constituted are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Waikato County Hydatids Control District.

The Waikato County Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Waikato County Hydatids Control District.

ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Waipa Pest Destruction District Application Order 1975.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1975.

The Waipa Pest Destruction District which was constituted by Order in Council on the 15th day of March 1971 (New Zealand Gazette, of 13 September 1971, p. 1727) is hereby abolished.

The assets and liabilities of the Board, including any real or personal property are hereby transferred to the Board of the Waipa County Pest Destruction District.

Lieutenant Commander David Trevor Ingram, M.B.E. (Rtd.), reverts to the Retired List of the RNZN with effect from 20 December 1974.
Lieutenant Commander J. J. Maire, M.B.E., to be acting Commander with effect from 10 February 1975 and Commander with seniority and effect from 14 February 1975.
