Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs
PURSUANT to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing Kenley Water Ski Club (Incorporated) to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Henderson Creek, Waitemata Harbour
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Kenley Water Ski Club (Incorporated) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Henderson Creek, Waitemata Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13254 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence of 21 January 1969* and amended on 11 March 1969β is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 8 years from the 1st day of January 1975.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.
(4) Every person who uses the boat ramp for launching any vessel and who is not a member of the Kenley Water Ski Club (Incorporated) shall pay the following dues to the Club:
(a) For each time a vessel is launched, $1.00.
(b) For a season authority issued for a period of 2 weeks, $3.50.
(5) There shall be free use and access for payers of dues upon payment of the prescribed dues, and free liberty at all reasonable times to use the boat ramp.
(6) The revenue from the dues shall be used for the maintenance and improvement of the boat ramp and amenities directly related to it, and to meet supervision and administrative costs.

Licensing Albert Foster Hall to Occupy a Site for a Mooring at Waihau Bay
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Albert Foster Hall (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the sea at Waihau Bay as shown on plan marked M.D. 15514 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a mooring as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

Licensing Te Anau Boating Club (Inc.) to Occupy a Site for a Jetty in Lake Te Anau
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Te Anau Boating Club (Incorporated) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Te Anau as shown on plan marked M.D. 10857 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
