Approval to Hunt or Kill Game During an Open Season
for Game Where Food Has Been Cast, Thrown, Placed,
or Planted
Pursuant to section 17 of the Wildlife Act 1953, the Minister
of Internal Affairs approves persons to hunt or kill game
of the species listed in the First Schedule hereto, during
an open season for game in the acclimatisation district named
in the Second Schedule hereto, where food has been cast,
thrown, placed, or planted during the 1975-76 open season
for game or during the period thirty (30) days immediately
preceding the 1975-76 open season for game, and subject
to the conditions specified in the Third Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
GREY, shoveler (or spoonbill), mallard and paradise duck,
black swan, and Canada goose.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Southland Acclimatisation District.
THIRD SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- The conditions specified in the 1975-76 Game Season
Notification for the South Island apply. - This approval will expire at the end of the duration
of the open season for game specified in the notification
referred to in 1 immediately above.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 5) 1975
Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 5) 1975.
(b) This notice is effective from 22 November 1974. - Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto,
imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said
regulations. - The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the
Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
