National Roads BoardโNotice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 21 February 1973*, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) from its junction with Gray Street in Pukerua Bay to its junction with James Street in Plimmerton, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 and 2 of plan M.O.W. 35038 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road, in so far as it affects that part of the said No. 1 State Highway for its full width, from its junction with the northern boundary of Pt. 3C2B Pukerua Block on the eastern side, to its junction with the southern boundary of Pt. Lot 1 of D.P. 10146 on the same side.

National Roads BoardโDeclaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 February 1975, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) for a distance of 20 feet measured in a northerly direction from the intersection of the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 31651, C.T. 8B/845 with the highway boundary as more particularly shown on plan L.A. 52/4/7 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

PURSUANT to section 88 of the Counties Act 1956, the Secretary for Local Government hereby publishes the following special orders made by Hutt County Council.

SPECIAL ORDER
IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Counties Act 1956 the Hutt County Council resolves by way of special order of 10 October 1974 as follows:
That pursuant to section 23 of the Counties Act 1956 the boundaries of the Heretaunga Riding are hereby altered to comprise the whole of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, pursuant to section 69 of the Counties Amendment Act 1968, does by special order declare that the boundaries of the Heretaunga Pinehaven County Borough are the same as those for the Heretaunga Riding as described in the Schedule hereto.
Pursuant to section 88 of the Counties Act 1956, I hereby certify that the above special order has been duly made.

That pursuant to section 23 of the Counties Act 1956 the Wainuimata Riding comprises the whole of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, pursuant to section 69 of the Counties Amendment Act 1968, does by special order declare that the boundaries of the Wainuimata County Borough are the same as those for the Wainuimata Riding as described in the Schedule hereto.
Pursuant to section 88 of the Counties Act 1956, I hereby certify that the above special order has been duly made.

BOUNDARIES OF HERETAUNGA RIDING
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District being portion of the County of Hutt bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 23, Block XIII, Akatarawa S.D., and proceeding generally south-westerly along the southern boundary of the said Section 23, the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 3, Deeds Plan 615 (including the crossings of Moonshine Road), the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 15, Block X, Paekakariki S.D., the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of a road, and along the middle of that road to the middle of No. 58 State Highway; thence generally southerly along the boundaries of the City of Lower Hutt as described in Gazette, 1973, page 993, to the westernmost corner of Section 8, Block XV, Belmont S.D.; thence generally easterly along the south-western boundaries of the said Section 8 (including the crossing of a road), the northern boundaries of part of the said Section 8 and part Section 7, Block VIII, Rimutaka S.D., as shown on S.O. Plan 17025, the northern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 3864, and the southern boundaries of Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 3864, to the easternmost corner of the said Lot 3; thence generally northerly along the boundaries of the City of Upper Hutt as described in Gazette, 1973, page 993, to the point of commencement.
