Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Athol Domain
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Athol Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Takapuna City Council
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Takapuna, in trust, for that purpose.

Electrical Industry Training Board Notice 1975
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Electrical Industry Training Board Notice 1975.
- (i) There shall be an Industrial Training Board for the Electrical Industry which shall be known as the Electrical Industry Training Board and shall comprise the following members:
(a) Three members appointed by the Electrical Supply Authorities Association of New Zealand (Inc.).
(b) One member appointed by the North Island Electrical and Related Trades Union of Workers.
(c) One member appointed by the New Zealand Engineering, Coachbuilding, Aircraft, Motor, and Related Trades Industrial Union of Workers.
(d) One member appointed by the Local Bodies Officers' Union (Wellington).
(e) One member appointed by the New Zealand Institute of Electricians (Inc.).
(f) One member appointed by the New Zealand Electrical Contractors Federation.
(g) One member appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Vocational Training Council.
(h) One member appointed by the Director-General of Education.
(ii) In addition to the members specified in subclause (i) of this clause, the board may co-opt not more than two additional members. - (i) Subject to this clause the appointed members shall hold office for a period of 3 years, but may from time to time be reappointed.
(ii) Any co-opted member shall hold office during the pleasure of the board for a period not exceeding 3 years, but may, if eligible, be reappointed.
(iii) If any member dies or resigns his office by writing under his hand addressed to the board or the chairman or the secretary thereof, or is absent without leave from the meetings of the board for three consecutive meetings, or while holding office becomes for any reason ineligible to remain a member, the casual vacancy so created shall be filled as soon as practicable thereafter by the appointment of a member in the manner in which the vacating member was appointed, and the member appointed to fill the vacancy shall hold office for the residue of the term of office of the member whom he replaces.
(iv) Unless he sooner vacates his office every appointed member of the board shall continue in office until his successor comes into office.
(v) The powers of the board shall not be affected by any vacancy in the membership thereof. - (i) A deputy member may be appointed, in the same manner as an appointed member, to be the deputy of that member and act in the event of the absence of that member from any meeting of the Board.
(ii) While any person is acting pursuant to subclause (i) of this clause he shall be deemed to be a full member of the board. The fact that any person so acts shall be sufficient evidence of his authority to do so.

Textile Industry Training Board—Amendment to List of Board Members
PURSUANT to section 15A of the Vocational Training Council Act 1968, the Minister of Education hereby declares that the Textile Industry Training Board Notice 1974 is amended by adding the following paragraph to subclause (1) of clause 2 of the said notice:
“(j) One member appointed by the Secretary of Labour”.
