Proposed Maniototo Irrigation District Poll
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments,
notice is hereby given that a poll by postal voting on the
question of whether construction of water supply works shall
be undertaken for the proposed Maniototo Irrigation District
will be taken on the 4th day of April 1975 at the office
of the Maniototo County Council at Ranfurly.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Taupo County Council
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vest the said reserve in
the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Taupo, in trust, for that purpose.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be
Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto
and further declares that the said land may be disposed
of by the Waitemata City Council at current market value,
the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's
reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in
or towards the improvement of other public reserves under
the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase
of other land for public reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying
That the Land Shall Vest in the Christchurch City Council
in Fee Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be
Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Mini-
ster of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for roading
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto
and farther declares that the said land shall vest in the
Christchurch City Council, in fee simple, provided that a
sum equal to the current market value of that portion of land
not required for road is paid by the council into its reserves
account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards
the improvement of other public reserves under the con-
trol of the council or in or towards the purchase of other
land for public reserves.
