PURSUANT to sections 32 and 216 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Kaipara-Auckland Railway (North Auckland Line) from and after the 24th day of March 1975.

Declaring Land Taken in Connection with Street in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to K 12683, in connection with street, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to drainage rights granted by transfer 33175 and together with easement of light and air created by transfer 33175, in connection with street, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to easement of light and air granted by transfer 33175 and together with rights and easements created by transfer 33175, in connection with street, and the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby taken, in connection with street; and that the said pieces of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after the 20th day of March 1975.
