National Roads Board—Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

Pursuant to subsection 5 (c) and 5 (a) clauses (ii) and (iii) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 11 December 1968*, declaring that part of No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton to Kopu) from Piako River to the eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 37132, part C.T. 1006/51, approximately 20 chains west of the intersection of S.H. 26 and Farmer Road, at Waitoa, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of plans M.O.W. 14934 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Paeroa, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road, in so far as it affects that part of the said No. 26 State Highway, Morrinsville to Waitoa, for its full width fronting Lot 4, D.P. 5141, Blocks III and VII, Maungakawa S.D., South Auckland (C.T. 1439/98).

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 February 1975 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 45 State Highway (New Plymouth-Hawera) from the Waiaua Stream, Opunake to Pihama, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 3 inclusive of plan M.O.W. 36575 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 February 1975 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from its junction with Mataroa Road to its intersection with the Taihape Borough Boundary, as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plan M.O.W. 36551 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 February 1975 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill) from its junction with Ranzau Road at Hope to its junction with River Terrace Road at Brightwater, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 4 inclusive of plan M.O.W. 36957 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Ir is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 February 1975 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from Rolleston to the north bank of the Rakaia River, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 7 of plan M.O.W. 36574 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Christchurch, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Ir is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 February 1975 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 8 State Highway (Timaru-Milton via Cromwell) from its junction with Orchard Street, Clyde to Alexandra Borough boundary, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 3 inclusive of plan M.O.W. 36599 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Alexandra, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

Pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 16 May 1973*, declaring that part of No. 8 State Highway (Timaru to Milton) from the Timaru City Boundary at a line between the northern boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 558, and public school, Proclamation 726430, near Washdyke, to its junction with George Street in Pleasant Point, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 3 of plan M.O.W. 35286 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Timaru, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road, in so far as it affects that part of the said No. 8 State Highway for a length of 10 metres measured in a north-westerly direction along the frontage of Lot 1, D.P. 25721, BIK 8, Pareora S.D., commencing 72 metres from the junction of the south-east boundary of Lot 1 with the highway and for a width of 10 metres of the road reserve.
