The Motor Launch (Ngaruroro River) Notice 1975—Hawke's Bay County Council
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give the following notice:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Ngaruroro River) Notice 1975.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette. -
Subject to the conditions set forth in the Third Schedule hereto the areas of water described in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall be exempted from regulations 11 (b), 11 (c), and 12 (b) and 12 (c) of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 between sunrise and sunset for a period of 1 year excepting during the first weekend of the duck shooting season and before the hour of 9 a.m. and after the hour of 4 p.m. during the subsequent weekends of such season.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water of the Old Ngaruroro River extending from the estuary to a point marked with a notice board approximately 1½ miles upstream.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water known as New Channel extending downstream from Chesterhope Bridge to a point marked with a notice board 5 chains downstream from State Highway No. 2 Bridge.
THIRD SCHEDULE
SUITABLE notices as may be approved by the District Officer, Ministry of Transport, at Napier, shall be erected at the limits of the areas described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1036 Ag. 61422)
Pursuant to regulation 3(1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 13 acres and 1 perch, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Walters Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 56 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 875 parts of Rural Sections 6386 and 6440, C.T. 316/111 (Canterbury Registry).
(ii) An area of 3 acres 3 roods 21 perches, or thereabouts, situated south of and adjoining Prestons Road, Christchurch Survey District, and being part Lot 47 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as plan 875 Rural Section 6386 C.T. 160/37 (Canterbury Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 1.0091 hectares, or thereabouts, situated south of and adjoining Prestons Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Part of Lot 47 on Deposited Plan 875 C.T. 12F/865 (Canterbury Registry).

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1037 Ag. 61422)
Pursuant to regulation 3(1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 6 acres 1 rood 26 perches, thereabouts situated, north of and adjoining Prestons Road, Christchurch, in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 16, Deposited Plan 875 part of Rural Section 7670, C.T. 829/47 (Canterbury Registry).
(ii) An area of 2.6076 hectares, or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Prestons Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part Lot 17 on Deposited Plan 875, C.T. 14A/262 (Canterbury Registry).
(iii) An area of 47 acres 3 roods 2 perches, or thereabouts, situated north-west of and adjoining Lower Styx Road, Christchurch, in Block IV of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on deposited plan 26485, Part Rural Sections 1460, 1473, and 1473X, C.T. 8B/276 (Canterbury Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 7 acres and 1 perch, or thereabouts, situated north of an adjoining McSaveney's Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 2 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 5944 part of Rural Section 6440, C.T. 336/7 (Canterbury Registry).
(ii) An area of 20 acres 1 rood 24 perches, or thereabouts situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Blocks VII and VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Rural Section 1778, C.T. 180/36 (Canterbury Registry).

Pursuant to regulation 3(1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 14 acres and 9 perches, or thereabouts, situated north-west of and adjoining the junction of Radcliffe and Blakes Roads, Belfast, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 13 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 699, part of Rural Sections 278, 281, and 289, C.T. 174/11 (Canterbury Registry).
(ii) An area of 19 acres 2 roods 11 perches, or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Radcliffe Road, Belfast, in the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot II on the plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office as plan 699, part of the Rural Sections marked 281 and 289, C.T. 110/180 (Canterbury Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above, being—
(i) An area of 53 acres and 3 roods, or thereabouts, situated south of and adjoining Radcliffe Road, Belfast, in the District of Christchurch, being Lots 12 and 14 on the plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office as plan 699, part of the Rural Sections marked 278, 288, and 289, C.T. 103/248 (Canterbury Registry).
(ii) An area of 21 acres and 20 perches, or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Radcliffe Road, Belfast, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 17 on a plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office as No. 699, part of Rural Sections 283, 284, and 11529, C.T. 192/113 (Canterbury Registry).
