PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.

ORDER

1. This Order may be cited as the South Canterbury Pest Destruction District Order 1975.

2. The boundaries of the South Canterbury Pest Destruction District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 25th day of March 1974*, are hereby redefined and, as from the commencement of this Order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

BOUNDARIES OF THE SOUTH CANTERBURY PEST DESTRUCTION DISTRICT
