A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 19 of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the land defined in the Schedule hereto to be a reclamation area under Part II of the said Act; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of January 1975.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All of those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington, bounded by Constable, Daniell, and Cardall Streets, and containing together seven thousand six hundred and twenty-two square metres, be the same a little more or less, being:

Firstly: Four thousand and forty-six (4046) square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being Section 835, Town of Wellington, and being all the land contained in certificate of title 12C/1295, Wellington Registry, limited as to parcels, subject to Order in Council 254 and K. 11555; and
