and Housing Improvement Act 1945

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 19 of the Urban Renewal and Housing
Improvement Act 1945, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the land
defined in the Schedule hereto to be a reclamation area under
Part II of the said Act; and I also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of
February 1975.

All of those pieces of land situated in the City of Welling-
ton bounded by Aro and Willis Streets, Ohiro and Brooklyn
Roads, and containing together 1 acre 3 roods 2.39 perches,
