PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of March 1975.

PURSUANT to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the First Schedule hereto and further described in the Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto as a State forest park, to be known as Catlins State Forest Park.
