Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister

Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the
Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board.

Appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the Time

Being Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health

Resorts Control Act 1908 to Control and Manage a Reserve

and Declaration That the Said Reserve Shall be Subject

to the Provisions of the Said Act

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of the Crown for
the time being having the administration of the Tourist and
Health Resorts Control Act 1908 to control and manage
the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the
provisions of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, as a
reserve for recreation purposes, and further declares that
the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the
Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying

the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall

be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto
and further declares that the said land may be sold on
such terms and conditions as the Nelson City Council shall
determine, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the
council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied
in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under
the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of
other land for public reserves.
