Declaring Land Taken for Road in Hokianga County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 27th day of February 1975.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks III, IV, VII, and VIII, Omapere Survey District, Bay of Islands County
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands; and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and also declares that the road firstly and secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Bruce McDonald, of Okaihau, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage A475101 and A552818, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Douglas Gordon Alan Hastie and David Robert Hastie, of Okaihau, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage A476317, A616817, and A616819, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road fourthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Roger Rex Harrison of Henderson, fitter, and Shirley Mary Johnson, of New Plymouth, married woman, as tenants in common in equal shares.
