Land Proclaimed as Road in Block XI, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of the Bay of Islands.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Kerikeri Survey District, described as follows:

Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block I, Tainui Survey District, Clifton County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 27th day of February 1975.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.
