A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1975.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Blocks X and XI, Puketi Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
16 2 33 Part Hautu 3E4A Block; coloured blue on plan M.O.W. 27802 (S.O. 26936).
8 0 10 Part Hautu 3F3B1 Block; coloured orange on plan M.O.W. 28312 (S.O. 26937).
As shown on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington.
Also all that piece of land containing 7 acres 1 rood 24 perches being part Hautu 3E4A Block, as shown edged red on plan M.L. 3438, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of February 1975.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of February 1975
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council Pursuant to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Waitomo Pest Destruction District Order 1974 Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Waitomo Pest Destruction District Order 1974 published in the Gazette of 5 December 1974 at page 2779 (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

Clause 2 of the principal order is hereby amended by revoking the “16th day of April 1972” and substituting the “16th day of April 1968”.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1975.
