CORRIGENDUM
In the notice published in the Gazette, 9 January 1975, No. 1,
p. 14, of the appointment of Marlborough Sounds Maritime
Park Board to control and manage a reserve in Block XI,
Arapawa Survey District, Marlborough County, pursuant to
the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, for “the area of land
containing 1.1/52 hectares, being Lot 72, D.P. 2057, secondly
described in the Schedule to the said notice” read “1.1052
hectares, being Lot 72, D.P. 2057” which last-mentioned area
and description appear in the original notice signed by the
Minister of Lands.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in
the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby
form part of the Rimutaka State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY—
Hutt County
Lot 7, D.P. 24739, situated in Block VI, Pencarrow Survey
District: area, 4.1455 hectares, more or less. All certificate of
title, Volume C1, folio 1120.
As shown on plan N. 164/3 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of February 1975.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th
day of February 1975.
