HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

O R D E R

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Central Taranaki Hydatids Control District Order 1975.

(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The areas comprising the Counties of Stratford and Eltham, and the Boroughs of Stratford and Eltham as from time to time constituted are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Central Taranaki Hydatids Control District.

3. The Central Taranaki Hydatids Control Committee is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Central Taranaki Hydatids Control District.

Appointing a Member on the Water Resources Council

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint Malcolm Leitch Cameron an officer of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries to be a member of the Water Resources Council from and after the 1st day of January 1975.

Appointment of Chairman to Board of Examiners Constituted Under the Boilers, Lifts, and Cranes Act 1950
