A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Nelson Education Board as a site for a school,
shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and dis-
charged from every educational trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affect-
ing the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT-INANGAHUA COUNTY
PART Sections 232 and 233, Town of Blacks Point, situated
in Block XIV Reefton Survey District, as the same is more
particularly delineated on plan numbered 6/6/1002B deposited
in the Head Office of the Lands and Survey Department at
Wellington and thereon bordered red. Total area: 950 square
metres, more or less. All certificates of title, Volume 11/284
and Volume 36/171.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

Alteration of Boundaries-Thames County and Thames
Borough

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of
February 1975
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
PURSUANT to the Local Government Act 1974 and the Local
Government Commission Act 1967 (to the extent that it
continues in force in relation to this order), His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following
order.
ORDER

  1. This order shall come into force on 1 April 1975.
  2. The area described in the Schedule hereto shall be
    excluded from the district of Thames County and included
    in the district of Thames Borough.
    SCHEDULE
    ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Thames
    County, bounded by a line commencing in Block VII,
    Thames Survey District, at a point on the boundary of
    the Thames Borough as described in New Zealand Gazette,
    1970, page 1157, being the intersection of the shore of the
    Firth of Thames, with a right line running due west from
    a peg bearing 27Β° 15', 3.00 metres (14.92 links) from I.T. IX
    as shown on S.O. 43487; thence generally south-easterly
    along that borough boundary and the right bank of the
    Kauaeranga River to a point in line with the south-western
    boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 31170, situated in Block VIII,
    Thames Survey District; thence generally south-easterly to
    and along that boundary and the south-western and southern
    boundaries of Hawaiki Block to the south-eastern boundary
    of Lot 1, D.P. 24392; thence southwesterly along that boundary
    to the eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 7840; thence north-
    westerly and south-westerly along the north-eastern and north-
    western boundaries of that lot and the last-mentioned bound-
    ary produced to the south-western side of State Highway 25;
    thence north-westerly along that side to the south-eastern
    corner of Part Maramarahi 2A1 Block situated in Block VII,
    Thames Survey District; thence generally south-westerly along
    the southern boundaries of the said Part 2A1 and Part
    Maramarahi 5 Block, a right line across the Thames Branch
    Railway to and along the north-western boundaries of Te
    Amo-O-Te Rangi 4C2B and 3 Blocks and Lot 1, D.P. S. 6391,
    to the right bank of the Waihou River; thence generally
    northerly along that bank and the shore of the Firth of
    Thames to the point of commencement.

    Constitution of the Ashburton County Hydatids Control
    District (Notice No. 1018 Ag. 21171)

    ORDER IN COUNCIL
    At the Government House at Wellington this 10th day of
    February 1975
    Present:
    His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
    PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the
    Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
    of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
    ORDER
  3. (1) This order may be cited as the Ashburton County
    Hydatids Control District Order 1975.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after
    the date of its notification in the Gazette.
  4. The area comprising the County of Ashburton as from
    time to time constituted is hereby declared to be an hydatids
    control district to be called the Ashburton County Hydatids
    Control District.
  5. The Ashburton County Council is hereby appointed the
    hydatids control authority for the Ashburton County hydatids
    Control District.
  6. Revocation-The Order in Council constituting the Ash-
    burton Hydatids Control District dated 10 August 1970
    is hereby revoked.

    Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
    with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
    makes the following order.
    ORDER
  7. Title and commencement-(1) This order may be cited
    as the Waikato Savings Bank Order 1959, Amendment No. 4,
    and shall be read together with and deemed part of the
    Waikato Savings Bank Order 1959* (hereinafter referred to
    as the principal order).
    (2) This order shall come into force on the date of its
    publication in the Gazette.
