Land Taken for Street in the Borough of Kaikohe

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaikohe, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of February 1975.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, Borough of Kaikohe, described as follows:

Land Taken for the Generation of Electricity in the Township of Duntroon, Waitaki County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the generation of electricity.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, being Lot 36, Block I, D.P. 80, Township of Duntroon, and being part of Section 8, Block IV, Maerewhenua Survey District. All certificate of title Volume 46, folio 248a.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of February 1975.

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
