admeasurement 4,400 acres, more or less, being part of .the
waters of Lake Wakatipu and land in the vicinity, commencing
at Trig. Station 1 near Refuge Point in Block VII, Coneburn
S.D.; thence bounded towards the south-west by a line to the
southern corner of Section 28, Block I, Mid-Wakatipu S.D.;
thence towards the north-west generally by the said Section 28;
thence by a line from the south-eastern corner of the aforesaid
section of the southern corner of Section 73, Block XX,
Shotover S.D.; thence towards the north-west generally by
Sections 19, 22, 8, by the crossing of a road, by the said road, and
by Section II, said Block XX; thence towards the east and
north-east generally by Sections 75 and 32, said Block XX, to the
southern side of Frankton Road; again towards the north-west
by said road to the eastern boundary of the Town of Frankton;
thence again towards the north-east generally by the eastern
boundary of said town to the Kawerau River; thence across
said river to the most northern corner of Block XII, Coneburn
S.D.; thence by part of that block to a road; thence towards the
south-east generally by said road to the most southern corner of
Section 2, Block I, Coneburn S.D.; thence by a line to Trig.
Station I, being the commencing point.

(5) All that area commencing at the south-west corner of
Section 9, Block II, Town of Glenorchy, and extending a distance
of approximately 13.5 chains in a south-westerly direction to
the western boundary of Wharf Reserve, Block IV, Glenorchy
District; thence in a north-westerly direction by the south-western
boundary of Wharf Reserve for a distance of approximately
34.5 chains to the north-western corner of the Wharf Reserve,
then for a distance of approximately 20.5 chains to a point on
the edge of the Rees River in line with the south-western side
of Butement Street; thence in a southerly direction back to the
commencement point by the western side of Lake Road and
Benmore Place.

(6) All that area in the Westland Land District, County of
Westland, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost
corner of Rural Section 516, situated in Block XIV, Okuru S.D.,
and proceeding south-westerly along the north-western boundary
of Rural Section 516 aforesaid and its production across a public
road to the middle of the Turnbull River; thence north-westerly
generally down the middle of that river to a point in line with
the south-western boundary of part Rural Section 231, situated
in Block IX, Okuru S.D.; thence south-easterly to and along that
boundary and its production across a public road again by that
boundary and its production across the Haast - Jacksons Bay
Road and again by that boundary and the south-western boundary
of part Rural Section 864A to the southernmost corner of the last-
mentioned rural section; thence north-easterly along the south-
eastern boundary of the said Rural Section 864A to the south-
western boundary of Rural Section 2387; thence south-easterly by
that boundary and its production across Nolan Road and the
south-western boundary of Rural Section 3739, situated in Block X,
Okuru S.D.; and its production across Stout Road and the south-
western boundaries of Rural Sections 466 and 513 and the produc-
tion of the last-mentioned boundary across Collyer Road to the
point of commencement.

(7) Approximately 49 acres, Section 15, Block XVI, Tarras S.D.,
being the property of Mr M. J. Cowie.

(8) Section 6, Block XXXII, Town of Arrowtown, area approxi-
mately 0.9384 hectares (S.D. Plan 14023), Otago Land District,
Lake County, commonly known as Golf Links Pond.

Southland Acclimatisation District

(1) All that area containing approximately 140 acres, more or less,
bounded by a line commencing at the point where the production of
the north boundary of Lot 44, D.P. No. 159, Block VII, Oteramika
Hundred, meets the eastern side of Moore Road; thence north-
easterly for 4 chains along the eastern side of Moore Road, to a
fence running easterly generally across Lot 46; thence easterly
along that fence and that line produced, across a branch of the
Waihopai River, to the eastern boundary of the said Lot 46;
thence due south along the said boundary to the northern side
of the Main South Railway; thence south-westerly, along the said
northern side to the eastern side of Moore Road; thence northerly
generally along the eastern side of Moore Road to the point of
commencement; being the property of Mr C. King.

(2) All that area containing approximately 330 acres, being part
Section 224, Block VIII, Takitimu S D ; being the property of
Mr E. D. Hastie.

(3) All that area in the Southland Acclimatisation District north
of a line commencing at Mount Snowdon, situated in Block VIII,
Snowdon S.D., on the Society’s north-western boundary and pro-
ceeding south-easterly by a right line to Bald Hill on the boundary
of Snowdon and Black Hill S.D.s and thence north-easterly by a
right line to Hummock Peak, situated in Block XV, Mararoa S.D.,
on the Society’s north-eastern boundary.

(4) Lake Thomas, situated in Block VI, Mararoa S.D., and a
strip of land 1 chain wide round the margin of Lake Thomas.
