(1) Buller River Mouth-Area at the mouth of the Buller River:

All that area in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, containing

by admeasurement 650 acres, more or less, situated in Block II (2),

Steeoples S.D., and Block III (3), Kawatiri S.D., and bounded as

follows: commencing at a point, being the intersection of the

middle line of the Buller River and the middle line of the road bridge

over the Buller River in Block III (3), Kawatiri S.D.; thence

generally westerly and north-westerly by the middle line of the

aforesaid bridge and the Westport - Carters Beach Road to its

intersection with Aerodrome Road in Block III (3), Steeples S.D. ;

thence generally easterly along the middle line of the said Aerodrome

Road and that line produced to the middle line of the Buller River;

thence generally southerly along the middle line of that river to the

point of commencement; excepting therefrom that area declared a

Wildlife Refuge (Gazette, 1957, page 825).

(2) Lake Ryan-All that area situated in Block IV (4), Cobden

S.D., known as Lake Ryan and the area included within a line

parallel to and 5 chains distant from the shores of the said lake.

(3) Part property of Messrs Hill Bros., at Ngahere, all that area

situated in Block VII, Mawheranui S.D., being parts of sections

55, 46, 1254, 33A, and 34, and bounded by the old main road to

Reefton from the southern end of the swing bridge over Nelson

Creek and along that road to the south-western boundary of

Section 34 and along that boundary to the Greymouth-Inangahua

State Highway and along that highway to Cemetery Road and

along that road and a right projection of that road to the Grey-

mouth-Reefton Railway and along the railway to the southern end

of the swing bridge, the point of commencement.

(4) All that area bounded on the east generally by the left bank

of the Omotumotu Creek, from its confluence with the Grey River

to its intersection with the western boundary of the railway reserve;

thence northerly generally along the said western boundary to a

point opposite the confluence of the Omotumotu Creek with the

Grey River; thence by a right line to the point of commencement.

(5) The property of Mr C. N. Curtis. Northern moiety of Section

2952, Block IV, Cobden Survey District and being part of the land

contained in provisional certificate of title, Volume 9, folio I,

Westland Register: area, 1 acre and 22.1 perches.

(6) Greymouth Racecourse Reserve-All that area in the West-

land Land District being Recreation Reserve No. 34 and bounded

on the north generally by the Grey River and on the north-east by

the western boundaries of Section 1420, 2122, 2123, and 1419 in

Block IX, Arnold Survey District and on the south and west

generally by the southern and western boundaries of the said

Recreation Reserve No. 34.

(7) The property of M. S. McIndoe and W. G. McIndoe situated

at Nine Mile, Westport, and being all that area of land in Square

141, Block VII, Kawatiri S.D. being Sections 97, 1 of 98, part 96,

and bounded by the Nine Mile Road from the Victoria Road,

Nine Mile Road Junction to the eastern boundary of Section 97

and along that boundary in a westerly direction to the boundary
