(2) The property of the New Zealand Refrigerating Co. Ltd., at
Smithfield, containing 59 acres 3 roods 13 perches, being Lot 27,
on Plan 578, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar
at Christchurch, and being all the land comprised in certificate of
title, Volume 103, folio 262, Canterbury Registry, bounded on the
west generally by the South Island Main Trunk Railway, on the
east generally by the Waitarakao Lagoon, and on the south by the
Taitarakihi Creek.

Southern Lakes Acclimatisation District
(1) All that area in the Westland Land District, County of
Westland, being portion of the watershed of the Haast River
and its tributaries, bounded by a line commencing at Mount
Isabel (a peak on the Main Divide of the Southern Alps), situated
in Block II, Mount Napoleon S.D., and proceeding south-westerly
generally along the said Main Divide to Mount Citheron, situated
in Block X, Governors Pass S.D.; thence north-westerly generally
via Mueller Pass, Medeon, Mount Action, Mount Victor, the
Prop, Rotten Ridge, and Zig Zag Spur to Mount Webster (at the
eastern extremity of the Mark Range), situated in Block I, Gov-
ernors Pass S.D., again north-westerly generally along the said
Mark Range, via Rough Ridge (Trig. Station PR), to a point due
south of the source of Greenstone Creek; thence due north to that
source; thence northerly generally along the right bank of Green-
stone Creek to the southern boundary of State Highway No. 6;
thence easterly generally along the southern side of the said State
highway to a point due west of Trig. Station R.M., Clarke Bluff,
situated in Block II, Haast Pass S.D.; thence due east to that Trig.
Station; thence north-easterly along a right line across the Haast
River to Trig. Station R.K., Woodhen Flat, situated in Block XIV,
Clarke S.D.; thence north-westerly along a right line to Mount
Macfarlane, again north-westerly along a right line to Mount
Zieland, situated in Block XII, Mataketake S.D.; thence north-
easterly along right lines, via Law Peak and Mount Stephenson, to
Rainy Top; thence easterly generally, via Ranginui, Plover Crag,
and Monro Peak, to Eureka situated on the northern boundary of
the Clarke S.D.; thence north-easterly generally along the said
survey district boundary and the boundaries of the Landsborough
and Mount Napoleon Survey Districts, to the point of commence-
ment.
(2) Roy’s Bay, being that portion of Lake Wanaka lying south
generally of a right line running from Eely Point to the point
where the northern bank of Scar Burn joins the said lake and,
in addition, a strip of land ½ mile in width around the margin of
the above-defined portion of that lake, such strip of land -being
extended to include the whole of the township of Wanaka.
(3) All that area bounded by a line commencing at the summit
of Paddock Hill, situated in Titiroa S.D., and proceeding north-
easterly along a right line between Paddock Hill and Trig.
Station U in Block VII, Takitimu S.D., to the intersection with
the right bank of the Waiau River; thence north-westerly generally
along the said bank to a point due south of the Manapouri
Accommodation House; thence due north to the said accommoda-
tion house; thence along Accommodation House Road to its
junction with the main Manapouri - Te Anau Road; thence
northerly generally along the middle of that road to its junction
with State Highway No. 94; thence north-easterly along the
middle of that highway to the western boundary of Run 301B;
thence generally northerly along the generally western boundaries
of that run to the middle of State Highway No. 94, and along
the middle of that highway to the intersection of the southern
boundary of Section 1, Block IV, Te Anau S.D.; thence easterly,
northerly, and westerly along the southern, eastern, and
northern boundaries of that section to the intersection with the
middle of State Highway No. 94; thence generally north-easterly
along the middle of that highway to a point a ½ mile north of
the main Retford Stream; thence south-easterly along a right
line to the intersection of the Retford Stream and the block
boundary between Blocks I and II, Eglinton S.D.; thence south-
westerly in the direction of Hill 1830 in Block VIII, Te Anau
S.D., to the watershed between Henry Creek and the Upukeroa
River; thence generally north-easterly along that watershed and
the summit of the Dunton Range and the Livingstone
Mountains passing through Hill 4834 and 4893, in Block IX,
Snowdon S.D., Winton Peak, Countess Peak, Moffat Peak, David
Peaks, and along the summit of the range between Lake Fergus
and Lake Howden to Key Summit in Block III, Greenstone S.D.;
thence generally south-westerly along the summit of the ranges to
Mount Anau in Clinton S.D.; thence southerly along the range
passing through Skelmorlie Peak and Largs Peak to a point due
north of Mount Eglinton; thence due south along a right line
through Mount Eglinton to the middle of the Eglinton River;
thence generally south-westerly down the middle of that river
and the eastern shore of Lake Te Anau to the middle of the
Waiau River; thence down the middle of that river and along the
eastern shore of Lake Manapouri to the right bank of the Waiau
River; thence along a right line in the direction of the Monowai
River where it flows out of Lake Monowai to a point due west of
Paddock Hill; thence due east to the summit of Paddock Hill, the
point of commencement.
