NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 24th day of October 1975 confirming that the amount standing to the credit of the share premium account in the books of the company as at 31 March 1975 may be distributed to the holders from time to time of the shares in the capital of the company was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 28th day of November 1975. Notwithstanding the distribution the amount of the authorised share capital of the company remains at $400,000 consisting of 400,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each. The issued capital of the company at the date of the special resolution remains at $400,000 consisting of 400,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each.

OTAKI BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Otaki Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the widening of Aotaki Street, and for that public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public offices of the Otaki Borough Council at Main Street, Otaki, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours. Notice is further given that every person directly affected by the taking of the lands described in the Schedule hereto is called upon to set forth in writing any objections he may wish to make to the taking of the said lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and send such written objection within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice to the Secretary, Town & Country Planning Appeal Board, Tribunals Division, Department of Justice, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any such objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
