that after the expiration of 3 months from the first publication
of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette the company
will cease to have a place of business in New Zealand.

This notice was first published in the New Zealand Gazette
on the 27th day of November 1975.

notice that it has ceased to have a place of business in
New Zealand.
