The Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1974, Amendment No. 3

Pursuant to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority
hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Treatment
   Allowances Notice 1974, Amendment No. 3.
   (2) This notice shall come into force with effect from the
   1st day of July 1975.
   (3) This notice is given after consultation with the Minister
   of Agriculture and Fisheries.
   (4) This notice amends the Milk Treatment Allowances
   Notice 1974* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal notice”)
   as varied by the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1974,
   Amendment No. 1†, and the Milk Treatment Allowances
   Notice 1974, Amendment No. 2‡.

2. The principal notice is hereby varied by revoking the
   Schedule thereto and replacing the same with the following
   Schedule.

The Traffic (Amuri County) Notice No. 1, 1975

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport here by gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Amuri County)
   Notice No. 1, '1975.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes
   of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The Traffic (Amuri County) Notice 1958, dated the
   7th day of March 1958†, under section 36 of the Transport
   Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*,
   which relates to an area situated in Amuri County at Waiau,
   is hereby revoked.
