Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Valley Construction Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office in the City of Wellington, under and by virtue of Crown renewable lease No. RLI.15 and recorded in certificate of title No. 6A/329, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 4th day of December 1975.

Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of a Teachers College in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a right of way appurtenant to Lot 1, D.P. 24246, in easement certificate No. 606313 and also to document No. 538138 conditions of consent to the granting of right of way for the purposes of a teachers college from and after the 4th day of December 1975.

The Traffic (Amuri County) Notice No. 2, 1975

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice—

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Amuri County) Notice No. 2, 1975.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

4. The Traffic (Amuri County) Notice 1937, dated the 1st day of December 1937, under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to an area situated in Amuri County at Culverden, is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Amuri County at Culverden:

No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth): from School Creek to a point 80 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said highway from Stock Road. Balmoral Street. Croft Place. Highfield Street. Leslie Street. Lyndon Street. Montrose Street. Pahau Street. School Road: from No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Grey- mouth) to a point 320 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from the said State highway. St. Leonards Street. Stock Road.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Amuri County at Culverden:

No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth): from School Creek to a point 50 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said highway from St. Leonards-Kaiwara Road. St. Leonards-Kaiwara Road: from No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth) to a point 60 metres measured south- easterly generally along the said road from Montrose Street.
