The Waitaki Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1968, Amendment No. 1
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Waitaki Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1968* as follows:

1. In clause 2 of the said licence, after the words "in the Schedule hereto" the words "and also to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto" are hereby inserted.
2. In the Schedule to the said licence the following heading and paragraph are hereby inserted:
   "LINES AUTHORISED
3. A line commencing from a point on the north bank of the Ohau River in Block IX, Strachey Survey District, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction to the Twizel Control Station in Block VII, Strachey Survey District, the said line being more particularly shown coloured blue on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 903 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."
