Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.

The Warwick Junction Cemetery Closing Notice 1974

Pursuant to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Warwick Junction Cemetery Closing Notice 1974.

  2. It is hereby directed that the Warwick Junction Cemetery, being the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 31st day of March 1975.

  3. As from the 31st day of March 1975 the control and management of the closed Warwick Junction Cemetery shall vest in the Inangahua County Council.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 4.0543 hectares, more or less, being Section 6, Block XVI, Burnett Survey District (S.O. Plan 8040').

Revocation of Notice Declaring the Borough of Matamata to be an Inspected Meat Area (No. 908 Ag. 20002A)

Pursuant to section 7 (3) of the Meat Act 1964, the notice dated 6 May 1963 declaring the Borough of Matamata to be an inspected meat area is hereby revoked as from the 30th day of September 1974.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Grey County) Notice No. 3, 1974.

  2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

  3. The Traffic (Grey County) Notice No. 1, 1974, dated the 27th day of February 1974*, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, which relates to roads situated within Grey County at Ahaura is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

Situated within Grey County at Ahaura:

No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth): from the northern end of the Ahaura River Bridge to a point 200 metres measured northerly generally along the said State highway from the Ahaura-Kopara Road.

Ahaura-Kopara Road: from the No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth) to a point 200 metres measured easterly generally along the said road from the said State highway.
