Change of the Purpose of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve
described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for ferry
purposes to a reserve for soil conservation and river control
purposes.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice
PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964,
the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that Ian Michael
St. George, M.B., CH.B.(OTAGO), M.R.A.C.P., M.R.C.G.P., D.OBST.
R.C.O.G., of 24 Carnarvon Street, Dunedin, has notified the
Minister that he is unwilling to afford medical services in
relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided for in
section 112 of the Social Security Act 1964, and consequently
he is entitled to recover any fees in respect of his professional
services as if that Act had not been passed.
