The Pokeno Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1974
PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations*, the
Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Pokeno Licensing Trust
   Constitution Notice 1974.
2. There is hereby constituted a local licensing trust, to
   be called the Pokeno Licensing Trust.
3. (i) The first election of members of the Trust shall be
   on Saturday, 2 November 1974.
   (ii) The returning officer for the first election of members
   of the Trust shall be Reginald Raymond Boyle,
   County Clerk for the Franklin County Council.
4. The area within which polls shall be taken for elections
   of members of the Trust shall be the whole of the area
   described in the Schedule to this notice.
5. The area within which the Trust shall distribute its
   profits shall be the whole of the area described in the
   Schedule to this notice.

   ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Franklin
   County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block V,
   Maramarua Survey District, on the left bank of the Waikato
   River due south of the south-eastern corner of Allotment 65,
   Mangatawhiri Parish, and proceeding northerly generally
   across the said river to that south-eastern corner and along
   the eastern boundaries of that allotment and Allotment 66,
