Reappointment Notice of Member of Milk Prices Authority (No. 804 Ag. 3569)
NOTICE is hereby given by direction of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries that, pursuant to section 37 of the Milk Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint:
Walter Charles Morris (on the nomination of the New Zealand Federation of Milk Stations Incorporated) to be a member of the Milk Prices Authority for a term of 3 years commencing on 1 September 1974.

(e) Certificates of competency as engineer of restricted-limit motor ship,
in terms of section 20 of the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952 with effect from the date hereof.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for Road in Block VII, Wakapuaka Survey District, Waimea County
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of March 1974, published in Gazette, 14 March 1974, No. 24, at page 459, setting apart Crown land for road in Block VII, Wakapuaka Survey District, Waimea County, by omitting from the Schedule thereof the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto.
