Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested
in Block II, Maramarua Survey District, Franklin County
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin; also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also declares that the road first described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in A. B. McIntyre Limited, at Tuakau, subject to memoranda of mortgage A488027, 500678, 036054.1, 557257, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Roy Canning Glass, of Mercer, farmer.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Building Line Restriction and Fencing Agreement, for Maori Housing Purposes in Block X, Rotoiti Survey District, Rotorua County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the building line restriction imposed by S. 344698 and subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 446376, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes from and after the 30th day of May 1974.

Declaring Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for a Secondary School in the City of Wanganui
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estates in the land first and secondly described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Whanganui College Board of Trustees by Regent Finance Limited, under and by virtue of leases No. 610617 and 684840, respectively, and the leasehold estate in the land thirdly described in the said Schedule, held from the Whanganui College Board of Trustees by Leslie John Williams of Wanganui, farmer, under and by virtue of lease No. 27545, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for a secondary school from and after the 30th day of May 1974.
