PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the

scientific and industrial research purposes from and after the
30th day of May 1974.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 37.17 perches
situated in the City of Lower Hutt, being part Section 1,
Block LXIII, Hutt Valley Settlement and being also part

certificate of title No. 7B/1010, Wellington Land Registry, and
now contained in Declaration No. A003514.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata.

ALL that piece of land containing 24 square metres, situated
in Block IX, Waitemata Survey District, and being part Lot
3, D.P. 63594; as shown on plan M.O.W. 27878 (S.O. 48929)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon marked "D".

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks VI and VII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, also proclaims
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto;
and also takes the land described in the Third Schedule
hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said
section 29; also declares that the road first, secondly, and
thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, and the land
first described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so
closed and taken respectively, vest in Clarence John Eggleton,
Phillip Charles Eggleton, and Robert Edward Eggleton, of
Patumahoe, farmers, as executors, subject to memorandum
of mortgage No. A282573, and that the road fourthly
described in the said Second Schedule, and the land secondly
described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed
and taken respectively, vest in E. G. Charles Limited, at
Karaka, subject to memorandum of mortgage 146035.3, and
that the road fifthly described in the said Second Schedule
shall, when so closed, vest in P. G. Hogan and Company
Limited, at Pukekohe, subject to memoranda of mortgage
No. 213755.5 and 213755.6, and that the road sixthly described
in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in
William Bevan Leece Whyte, of Karaka, farmer, and Patricia
Maud Whyte, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage
No. A313926, North Auckland Land Registry.
