Declaring Portion of a Public Reserve Taken for a State
Primary School in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District,
Waitemata County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school from and
after the 30th day of May 1974.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land Subject to Certain
Rights for Buildings of the General Government in the
City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
declaration dated the 7th day of February 1974, and published
in Gazette, 21 February 1974, No. 15, at page 321,
taking land subject to certain rights for buildings of the
General Government in the City of Auckland by (a) omitting
the words "City of Auckland" from the heading thereof and
substituting the words "Borough of Mount Roskill" and by
(b) omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.

a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
the purposes of a pleasure ground and recreation ground and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Wellington from and after the 30th day of May
1974.
