Revoking a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in the County of Hokianga

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice dated the 6th day of March 1973, published in Gazette, 8 March 1973, No. 18, at page 409, and registered at the North Auckland Land Registry under No. 034076, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land in the County of Hokianga.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land Held for State Housing Purposes for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of December 1973, and published in Gazette, 19 December 1973, No. 121, at page 2756, setting apart land held for State housing purposes for Maori housing purposes, subject to a building line restriction in the City of Manukau (registered as No. 251202, North Auckland Land Registry) by deleting the land nintly described in the Schedule thereto and substituting the land described in the Schedule hereto.
