Approval of Motor-Cycle Safety Helmets in Terms of Traffic Regulations 1956
PURSUANT to clause (2) of regulation 29 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, for the purpose of the said regulations, of the motor-cycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Safety helmets manufactured by Messrs Thetford Moulded Products Ltd., to British Standard BS 2001, marked Centurion X-50 and bearing the certification mark of the British Standards Institution.

Revoking the Licence Authorising Yovich and Hopkins Fisheries (N.Z.) Limited to Occupy a Site for a Jetty, Seawall, and Fish-Cleaning Shed at Owenga, Chatham Islands
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give notice that the licence of 8 December 1966* authorising Yovich and Hopkins Fisheries (N.Z.) Limited to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Owenga, in Chatham Islands, as a site for a jetty, seawall, and fish-cleaning shed and amended on 17 August 1973† by deleting the expression "Yovich and Hopkins Fisheries (N.Z.) Limited" and substituting the expression "H. Yovich Fisheries Owenga Limited" and deleting the word "jetty" and further amended on 19 April 1974‡ by deleting the expression "H. Yovich Fisheries Owenga Limited" and substituting the expression "Yovich and Hopkins Fisheries (N.Z.) Limited", is hereby revoked.

Licensing Chatham Islands Packing Company Limited to Occupy a Site for a Seawall and Fish-Cleaning Shed at Owenga, Chatham Islands
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby license and permit Chatham Islands Packing Company Limited (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Owenga, Chatham Islands, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9086 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a seawall and fish-cleaning shed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) This licence shall expire on the 30th day of August 1980.
(3) The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be $20 (twenty dollars) provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. 723 Ag. 60766)
PURSUANT to clause 11 of the Schedule to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of two producers’ representatives in the Southern Ward to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz:
Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Head Office, Wellington;
Also at the offices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries at Oamaru, Dunedin, Roxburgh, and Alexandra, and at the office of A. E. Budd, Accountant, Waitaki County Council Office, Thames Street, Oamaru.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 7 days from 15 May 1974, during which period any person may lodge with the Returning Officer an objection in writing, under his hand, to any entry on the roll.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Dunedin. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 12th day of June 1974.
