The Raglan County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

So much of the notice dated the 13th day of October 1960† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
RAGLAN COUNTY
Roads Classified in Class One
HUNTLY-ROTOWARO via Waikokowai Road: from the Huntly Borough Boundary to its intersection with Bone Road.
Te Ohaki Road: from its intersection with the Huntly-Rotowaro via Waikokowai Road to one kilometre from the said intersection.
Amoores Road: All that portion in the Matamata County.
Arahiwi Road: All that portion in the Matamata County.
Clinkards Road: All that portion in the Matamata County.

The Road Classification (Matamata County), Notice No. 1, 1974
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Matamata County) Notice No. 1, 1974.

The Matamata County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

The notices dated the 1st day of June 1950†, the 15th day of April 1957‡, the 4th day of August 1958§, the 20th day of June 1961‖, the 22nd day of July 1963¶, the 5th day of March 1968**, the 24th day of April 1969††, and the 16th day of July 1969‡‡, which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
MATAMATA COUNTY
Roads Classified in Class I
Whakamaru Road: Access road to S.H. 30.
Domain Road: S.H. 1 to Southern Boundary of Frankton-Rotorua Railway Reserve.
Kinleith Road: S.H. 1 to Junction with Old Taupo Road.
Pine Road.
Roads Classified in Class II
All roads under the control of the Matamata County Council other than those classified in Class I and Class III herein.
Roads Classified in Class III
Waharoa East Road.
Hinuera Road: Hopkins Road to S.H. 27 at Burwood Crossing.
Tapapa-Te Poi Road: Rapurapu Road to Smiths Road.
Hydro Road: S.H. 1 to N.Z.E.D. Private Road.
Rapurapu Road: S.H. 29 to Rapurapu Stream Bridge.
Old Taupo Road: Waotu Road Junction to Wiltsdown Road Junction.
Old Taupo Road: Maraetai Road Junction to Campbell Road Junction.
The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1974
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1974.

It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the State highways as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

So much of the notice dated the 8th day of June 1965, as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
NATIONAL ROADS BOARD
Roads Classified in Class One
(a) State Highway 72: between route mileage 108.00 at Arundel, and route mileage 122.40 at Winchester.
(b) State Highway 79: between route mileage 0.00 at Rangitata and route mileage 5.65 at its junction with State Highway 72.

The Transport (Waybill Exemption) Notice 1974
PURSUANT to section 109A of the Transport Act 1962, the Secretary for Transport hereby exempts from the requirements of that section heavy motor vehicles in the classes described in the First Schedule hereto and heavy motor vehicles carrying only the goods described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CLASSES OF HEAVY MOTOR VEHICLES
EVERY vehicle engaged in security services.
Every vehicle designed and used for the collection and disposal of domestic, industrial, or commercial refuse.
Every vehicle engaged in road construction operations.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Quick frozen food in consumer pack sizes being distributed directly to retail stores.
