Amending Notice to the List of Closed Game Areas in the South Canterbury Acclimatisation Society
The Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the notice published in the Gazette, No. 19, of 25 March 1970, at page 504, relating to closed game area number 16 for the South Canterbury Acclimatisation Society is amended as follows:
Delete:
(16) The property of Mr F. D. L. Young, “Brookfields”, Winchester:
(a) All that piece of land situated in Block XIV of the Geraldine S.D., containing 217 acres 1 rood 18 poles and comprising the Lot marked 1 on D.P. No. 908, part Rural Section 4656, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 137, folio 271.
(b) All that piece of land situated in Block XIV of the Geraldine S.D., containing 104 acres 2 roods 24 poles being Lot 4, D.P. No. 4937, comprising parts of Rural Sections 9571, 10130, 10319, and 10418, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 326, folio 268.
(c) All that piece of land situated in Block XIV of the Geraldine S.D., containing 6 acres and 19.3 poles being parts of Rural Section 4930 comprised in certificate of title, Volume 696, folio 83.

The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1974
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1974.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
-
The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 3, 1970, dated the 14th day of September 1970†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Bay of Islands County at Kerikeri, is hereby revoked.

Situated within Bay of Islands County at Kerikeri:
Cobham Road: from Kerikeri Road to Hone Heke Road.
Hobson Avenue.
Hone Heke Road: from Cobham Road to a point 640 metres measured north-easterly generally along Hone Heke Road from Cobham Road.
Kerikeri Road: from a point 100 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road from Hobson Avenue to a point 480 metres measured north-easterly generally along Kerikeri Road from Cobham Road.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 2, 1974.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated 24th day of November 1958†, which relates to a road situated within Bay of Islands County at Opua is hereby revoked.
