Amending Notice to the List of Closed Game Areas in the South Canterbury Acclimatisation Society

The Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the notice published in the Gazette, No. 19, of 25 March 1970, at page 504, relating to closed game area number 16 for the South Canterbury Acclimatisation Society is amended as follows:

The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1974

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1974.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

4. The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 3, 1970, dated the 14th day of September 1970†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Bay of Islands County at Kerikeri, is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 2, 1974.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
