Proposed Alteration of Boundaries of Borough and County of Eltham

IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, pursuant to section 12 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto be excluded from the Borough of Eltham and included in the County of Eltham. All persons affected who object to the proposed alteration of boundaries are hereby called upon to lodge any objections to, or petitions against, the proposed alteration with the Minister of Local Government, Wellington, within 1 month from the date of publication of this notice.
