Declaration that the Willsher Bay Domain shall be a Recreation Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Willsher Bay Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Ashburton County Council

Revocation of Appointment of Board and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Willsher Bay Domain Board as published in Gazette, 30 September 1954, Volume III, page 1524, and appoints the South East Otago Scenic Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a scenic reserve.

The Bush Hydatids Control (Pahiatua) Organisation Amendment Notice (No. 718 Ag. 21171)

PURSUANT to section 24 of the Hydatids Act 1968, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby amends the membership of the Bush Hydatids Control (Pahiatua) Organisation and the area under its jurisdiction, as constituted on 24 September 1964*, as set out in the Schedule hereto.

THE County of Akitio has now withdrawn from membership of the Bush Hydatids Control (Pahiatua) Organisation.

THE area of the Organisation is reduced by the removal of the County of Akitio from its jurisdiction.
