Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928,

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 10), 1974

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby
gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control
    Exemption Notice (No. 10), 1974.

(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after
the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of
    the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff Items in the
    First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce
    or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from
    the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  2. The exemption from the requirement of a licence under
    the said regulations in respect of the goods of the class
    set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the
    exemption notice shown in the Second Schedule, is hereby
    withdrawn.

Declaration That Part of the Bledisloe Park Domain Shall
be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Pukekohe
Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the
Bledisloe Park Domain described in the Schedule hereto
shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of
the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed
to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said
Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act vests the said
reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Pukekohe, in trust, for recreation purposes.
