PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that:
The proclamation dated 13 April 1962, published in New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 1962, No. 25, page 619, Proclamation No. 185072, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “is hereby set apart for railway purposes;” the word “subject to the building-line restriction contained in special order Z. 156554, and”.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of April 1974.

THE HON. H. WATT PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Inglewood Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

The areas comprising the Counties of Inglewood and Clifton and the Boroughs of Waitara and Inglewood as from time to time constituted are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Inglewood Hydatids Control District.

The Inglewood Group Hydatids Control Committee is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Inglewood Hydatids Control District.

Exempting Land in Westland Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

Pursuant to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby exempt the land described in the Schedule hereto from the operation of Part III of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—GREY COUNTY
SECTIONS 30, 31, and 32, Block III, Cobden Survey District: area, 134 acres 1 rood 31 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 3878).
Reserving nevertheless unto the Crown firstly, in terms of section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925, all coal existing in its natural condition on or under the surface of the said land.
