Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 15th day of March 1966, published in Gazette, 24 March 1966, Volume I, page 403, and registered as Proclamation No. 666674 Wellington Land Registry (hereinafter called “the former Proclamation”) defining the middle line of a portion of the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington, so that the former Proclamation shall affect not only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 20212 referred to in the former Proclamation, but also the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that land situated in the City of Wellington, described as follows:

Lot 3, D.P. 8784, being part Section 161, Town of Wellington, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 389, folio 79.

As shown on plan M.O.W. 27663 (W.D.O. 38422 sheet 2) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon edged red.
