A Pipe Line Easement Over Land Taken for Waterworks in Block I, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement of right to lay and maintain a pipe line with all accessories and to conduct water through the same and to enter for the purpose of inspecting repairing and maintaining the said pipe line is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Schedule hereto and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Awamutu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of May 1974.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land, situated in Block I, Puniu Survey District, described as follows:

  • 1 0 13.2 Part Allotment 189, Mangapiko Parish; coloured yellow on plan.
  • 0 1 10.3 Part Allotment 191, Mangapiko Parish; coloured yellow on plan.
  • 1 2 20.1 Part Allotment 172, Mangapiko Parish; coloured blue on plan.

As shown on plan M.O.W. 27823 (S.O. 47120) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of April 1974.

Amending a Proclamation Taking Land for Broadcasting Purposes in Blocks VII and XI, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 1st day of August 1973, and published in Gazette, 9 August 1973, No. 74, at page 1509, taking land for broadcasting purposes in Blocks VII and XI, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 2.3435 hectares situated in Blocks VII and XI, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 24, Deeds Plan 107; as shown on plan M.O.W. 27132 (S.O. 6486) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon marked β€œA”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of April 1974.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of May 1974.
