At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 1st day
of April 1974
Present:
THE HON. H. WATT PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Tauranga Hydatids
   Control District Order 1974.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after
   the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The areas comprising the County of Tauranga, the City
   of Tauranga, and the Boroughs of Mount Maunganui and
   Te Puke, as from time to time constituted, are hereby
   declared to be united to form an hydatids control district
   to be called the Tauranga Hydatids Control District.
3. The Tauranga Joint Hydatids Control Committee is
   hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the
   Tauranga Hydatids Control District.

Adding Land to and Excluding Land from Urewera National
Park

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day
of March 1974
Present:
THE HON. H. WATT PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares
that, as from the date hereof, the land described in the First
Schedule hereto shall be added to and form part of the
Urewera National Park, and shall hereafter be managed,
administered, and dealt with by the Urewera National Park
Board, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act;
and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto shall,
as from the date hereof, be excluded from the Urewera
National Park.

Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders

hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Waimairi and be under the control and manage-
ment of the Waimairi County Council.
